By downloading, installing, or using Logiks Elevated ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Logiks ("we," "our," or "us").
Logiks Elevated is a productivity application for macOS that provides task management, meeting tracking, team collaboration, email analysis, and AI-powered features. The App offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Business) with varying levels of functionality.
To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email/password registration. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The App offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The App, including all content, features, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Logiks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (tasks, meetings, notes, documents). By using collaboration features, you grant other team members permission to view and interact with shared content as intended by the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App includes AI-powered features (task breakdown, email analysis, document summarization, voice input) that use third-party AI services. By using these features:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is stored locally on-device using Apple SwiftData and syncs via iCloud. Team collaboration data is stored in Firebase with industry-standard security.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the App for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logiks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logiks, its developer, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
